Our Process
 

First - We use an online presentation to help you decide which of the two ways to purchase real estate using your IRA monies.  This is an educational and will look at the pros and cons of each method and how it fits in you personal situation.   Email, or call us to set up a free online meeting or for our special report

Second - You complete the online Qualification Questionnaire and return it.  We use this for qualification and suitability purposes.  Adherence to IRA regulations is a must. We also impute this information into your model. To speed up the process return the questionnaire prior to the first online meeting.  You may submit via email through the form, or you may print it and fax it to me at 866.352.7211

Third - We come to an agreement/commitment as to which fixed income vehicle you will use.

Fourth - We design your personal IRA Real Estate Plan.

Fifth -You implement your plan and have access to us as long as the plan is in force.
